Back Home Flood Recovery Grant

To assist with the costs of damages caused by the February - March 2022 floods, the NSW Government have announced a one-off payment up to $20,000 for eligible owner-occupiers, owner-investors and tenants.

Important Information

  • One application per property.

  • Maximum of $20,000 for any one eligible residential property.

  • For shared properties, one designated person is to submit the application on behalf of all parties, then distribute the funds.

  • Moveable dwellings such as caravans, motorhomes or relocatable homes will need an eligible property address to supply.

  • Eligible if you are uninsured for severe weather and/or flood damage.

  • Applications close on 20th of April, 2023
